We are pleased to announce a leadership transition at Stadium Seating Enterprises, Inc. (SSE). As of February 1, 2016, Taylor Moson, currently Vice President, will assume the role of President and Principal Owner of SSE. Frank Moson, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer will transition his leadership role and responsibilities for day to day operations to Taylor and continue to bring leadership to the company as Chairman of the Board.
Taylor started with the company while in his final years of college working in the field as part of an SSE installation crew. This enabled him to learn first-hand the ins and outs of our PREFOAM Stadium Seating Riser System. Subsequently, in 2010, after a couple of years learning and working with other organizations, he joined the company full time in a marketing and business development role. Over these five years he has taken on more and more responsibility as a Vice President and, at this juncture, he is ready to take over the leadership as the new President. Taylor has learned the importance of outstanding service and providing our customers with the best product at the best possible price. He has learned how important our manufacturing partners are to our success and has embraced the concept of collaboration, continuous product improvement and innovation. He has built and managed our ever expanding team of architects, engineers, project managers, logistics specialists and business development professionals to become the very best in the business.
Over the past five years, SSE has built upon our solid base and added business development, marketing, architectural, engineering, project management, finance, and logistics team members to the company roster. Additionally, SSE has extended our business focus to include international work. This new leadership transition is the latest in SSE’s continued growth and development. SSE is widely recognized as the leading provider of prefabricated Stadium Seating Riser Systems in the world.
