  • EPS Geofoam (also known as expanded polystyrene foam) can be provided in standard specification sizing or factory cut fit-to-size for more complex project applications. Products are delivered directly to your construction site and are accompanied by a detailed set of installation shop drawings showing the contractor where to place each block and how to install it.
  • Compressive resistance @ 1% deformation ranges from 2.2 psi to 18.6 psi.
  • EPS Geofoam blocks can be molded to virtually any size and provided at different densities depending on the requirement by the project. Ideal projects to utilize EPS blocks include retaining wall build, bridge abutments, road embankment, slope stabilization and weight reduction for structures.
  • Per cubic foot, EPS Geofoam is 100 times lighter than traditional fill materials like soil and concrete.
  • Maintenance following installation is not required.
  • The closed cell structure of the eps block foam gives it the unique properties such as high density, stability, and insulation that allow it to function as a successful lightweight fill material. Our foam products also inhibit moisture absorption, reducing the risk of mold or mildew growth.
  • Geofoam Blocks can be pre-cut or field trimmed to be stacked easily in the field by the installing contractor.
  • EPS Geofoam (expanded polystyrene) can be provided with an EPA-approved termite and bug resistant material which meets the strictest certifications in the market.
  • Material can be delivered in a just in time method so no storage is involved.
